Federal Right to Know and Campus Security Act


In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Student’s Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act (Public Law 101-542), the College collects and reports specific information on campus crime statistics, campus security policies, retention/graduation rates, and student financial assistance.

Additionally, the College is required to inform the campus community where information concerning registered sex offenders can be obtained. Information regarding campus crime statistics and campus security policies may be requested from the Vice President for Student Affairs located on the first floor of the David Reist Administration Building.
